Crane Pool Supplies & Services is seeking a Pool Service Technician to maintain and service residential and commercial pools across Sydney. You will perform water testing, balance chemicals, diagnose issues, and carry out equipment inspections with on-site repairs as needed.

The role involves customer interaction, record-keeping, and working outdoors in a dynamic daily schedule. We value reliability and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool servicing or a willingness to learn and develop skills on the job.
• Ability to perform water testing and diagnose common pool water issues.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication with customers and professional conduct on-site.
• Comfort with outdoor work and a physically active role.

Responsibilities

• Service residential and commercial pools across Sydney.

As we prepare for another busy summer season, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Pool Service Technician to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced technician or someone with a strong work ethic looking to develop a long-term career, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working both independently and as part of our team, you’ll service residential and commercial swimming pools throughout Sydney.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Regular pool servicing and maintenance
• Water testing and chemical balancing
• Diagnosing pool water issues
• Equipment inspections and basic repairs
• Installation and replacement of pool equipment when required
• Maintaining accurate service records
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Keeping your service vehicle clean, organised and well-stocked

Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while building lasting relationships with customers.

You’ll be someone who:
