Job summary

Narellan Pools Illawarra is seeking a motivated Pool Handover & Installation Technician to join our team. You will set up filtration equipment and educate clients on operation and maintenance while assisting with pool installations across the Illawarra, Sydney, and Shoalhaven regions.

We provide full on-site training for the right candidate, with company vehicle and phone provided. This role offers flexible working arrangements and opportunities to work across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence.
• Construction Industry White Card.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undertake manual labour and adapt to flexible hours.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pool handovers and educate clients on pool care, cleaning, and equipment operation.
• Complete warranty service visits.
• Assist with pool installations and construction activities.
• Plumbing and commissioning pool filtration and equipment systems.
• Cleaning and preparing pools during construction and handover stages.
• Performing a variety of manual labour tasks as required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and representing the Narellan Pools brand professionally.
