Job summary

Narellan Pools is seeking a hands-on Pool Installer to join our team in Dubbo and across the Western Plains. You will install fibreglass pools and spas, including excavation, base prep, plumbing, backfill and concreting.

The role offers progression toward coordinating a small crew on site, with safety as a priority. MR truck licence is highly regarded, and pool installation experience is valued even if not essential.

Qualifications

• MR (Medium Rigid) truck licence highly regarded, or a manual licence with willingness to obtain one (Company Funded).
• Concreting, construction or landscaping experience valued (pool experience not essential).
• Physically fit — capable of lifting 20kg+ and leading a small team.
• Safety-first mindset with reliable on-site leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Install fibreglass pools and spas — excavation, base prep, plumbing, backfill and concreting.
• Work across sites in the Western Plains, based out of Dubbo.
• Develop toward coordinating and overseeing pool installation labourers on site.
• Represent Narellan Pools with pride on every job.
