Job summary

NSW Ministry of Health is seeking an organised administrator to support the Systems Performance and Planning Team, working closely with policy officers, managers and stakeholders across NSW Health to assist in policy development and briefing materials.

You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and contribute to evidence-based service and workforce planning for AOD services, ensuring initiatives are well-planned, funded and monitored.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support for government policy, program or project work.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documents, briefs and correspondence.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality administrative and project support to the Systems Performance and Planning Team.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and support stakeholder engagement activities.
• Assist in the development of policy documents, ministerial and parliamentary briefs, correspondence, presentations and reports.
• Contribute to projects that support evidence-based service and workforce planning for AOD services.
