PM&C invites graduates to join a twelve-month, award-winning graduate program in Canberra. The program offers hands-on experience supporting the Prime Minister, Cabinet, and Ministers, with mentors, buddy support, and a clear path to permanent placement.

Includes a starting APS3 salary of $79,707 + 15.4% superannuation, with potential advancement after 6 months to the APS4 salary, and a generous relocation package to move to Canberra.

• Curious, motivated, and driven to make a difference to the country’s future.
• Graduate program applicants who have completed a degree within the last eight years or are in their final year.

Responsabilidades

• Support policy design and implementation projects for Cabinet, PM&C, and related bodies.
• Provide advice on Cabinet exemptions and documents under FOI from consultation to review stage.
• Work on a broad range of legal policy areas including anti-corruption, environment, privacy, and constitutional reform.
• Shadow senior departments through Cabinet submissions and advisory processes.
