Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Directorate correspondence, ensuring timely, accurate responses.
• Assist in the development, review and implementation of internal procedures and governance documentation.
• Prepare and quality assure briefings, reports, and executive documentation.
• Compile and analyse information to support correspondence and briefing materials.
• Monitor workflows and provide progress updates.
