Job summary

Department of Health in Western Australia seeks a suitably experienced executive support professional to provide high-level administrative assistance to the Executive Director of the State Health Operations Centre (SHOC).

You will perform diary management, manage inquiries, and coordinate meetings and events to support a fast-paced executive office.

  • Works collaboratively within the Office of the Executive Director team to manage and prioritise incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails and mail, and assists with stationery orders and coordination of vendor contracts.

Vacancy Reference No. 747923 This is a Fixed Term Full-Time appointment commencing 30 November 2026 until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Position Profile: We are seeking suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to join our team at the State Health Operations Centre (SHOC). This position provides high-level executive, secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director, State Health Operations Centre (SHOC). Working as part of the Office of the Executive Director, the role contributes to a collaborative team environment and supports the effective coordination and management of enquiries.
