Job summary

City of Canada Bay Council in Five Dock NSW is seeking a dedicated Program Officer - PMO Advisory to support the delivery of Capital Works projects across the Council and provide enterprise-wide PMO support.

You will monitor the PM framework, develop templates and forms, audit project compliance, coordinate reports (Mayoral, PSC packs) and assist with the PMO 365 system. Hybrid work arrangements and extensive training are on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO environments and capital works.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop templates, forms and governance documents.
• Proficient to excellent IT skills and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist the daily operations of the PMO, aligning with the PM framework.
• Monitor adoption of PM framework; develop materials and templates; improve forms for capital works.
• Audit project compliance with governance requirements and prepare key reports.
• Coordinate and produce reports including Mayoral and PSC performance packs; support PMO365 system.
