Job summary

Department of Transport Victoria is seeking a VTDE PMO Lead to coordinate and manage the VTDE Program, supporting the Project Director, Project Managers and delivery teams in a large-scale ICT project.

You will provide administrative and program support, drive governance, planning, scheduling, risk and issue management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring compliance with VPS guidelines and organisational policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder ICT programs on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP or Agile).
• Experience managing budgets, resources and vendor relationships; knowledge of ICT governance and IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Program reporting, governance and scheduling across the VTDE Program.
• Stakeholder engagement and records management; risk and issue management.
• Support delivery with planning, governance and cross-team coordination.
