Job summary

The Department of Defence in Canberra is seeking an APS 5 PMKeyS Access Management Officer to support secure access management and workforce reporting environments across PMKeyS and related systems. You will assess requests, maintain access controls, and contribute to audit and governance programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in personnel administration or workforce systems is desirable.
• Familiarity with governance, assurance and reporting practices is valued.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process access requests for PMKeyS and related environments.
• Maintain access controls and support audit/compliance programs.
• Prepare briefs, reports and executive correspondence.
• Coordinate and deliver branch communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Support Business Continuity Planning and workforce administration activities.
• Contribute to branch planning and decision-making with financial tracking and reporting.
