Job summary

CoolDrive Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for the PM shift to lead our Blackburn and Box Hill operations. You will manage a team of about 15 warehouse staff, ensuring safety, service levels, and efficiency.

The role supports the transition to the Boronia Distribution Centre featuring AutoStore automation and a Tier-1 WMS, driving continuous improvement and high-performance culture. A proven track record in warehouse leadership, strong communication, and experience with WMS

Qualifications

Proven experience leading warehouse teams in a distribution environment.
Experience implementing or working with WMS and automation technology.
Strong safety and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of PM shift warehouse operations, ensuring safety, service, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~15 warehouse employees.
Drive labour planning, workload allocation, and shift performance to achieve targets.
Oversee inbound receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch activities.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with WHS policies and maintain a safe, clean warehouse.
