Job summary

All Needs Plumbing Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced Pipe Relining Specialist to perform pipe relining installations, drain repairs and specialist drainage tasks while upholding high workmanship and customer service standards.

Based in Rockdale, you will join a team serving the St George, Sutherland Shire and Wollongong regions, with an annual package of $120K–$180K OTE, weekly commissions, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber & Drainer preferred.
• Pipe relining and drainage experience highly regarded.
• Experience with inversion relining, patching, CCTV and high-pressure jetting.
• Strong understanding of sewer and drainage systems.
• Good diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
• Reliable, motivated and team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pipe relining installations across residential properties.
• Complete inversion relining, sectional/patch repairs and junction repairs.
• Conduct CCTV drain inspections and identify drainage faults.
• Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment to prepare pipelines.
• Measure, prepare and install liners to a high standard.
• Diagnose drainage faults and determine repair methods.
• Complete sewer repairs, spot digs and related works.
• Test, inspect and commission completed relining works.
• Maintain accurate job notes, photos and documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to deliver projects efficiently.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and ensure clean, safe sites.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced, motivated and team‑focused Pipe Relining Specialist to join our growing drainage and relining division.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out pipe relining installations, drain repairs and specialist drainage work, while maintaining a high standard of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out pipe relining installations across residential properties

• Complete inversion relining, sectional/patch repairs and junction repairs

• Conduct CCTV drain inspections and accurately identify drainage faults

• Operate high‑pressure water jetting equipment to clean and prepare pipelines

• Measure, prepare and install liners to a high professional standard

• Diagnose broken, cracked, displaced and tree‑root affected drainage systems

• Complete sewer repairs, spot digs and associated drainage works where required

• Test, inspect and commission completed relining works

• Maintain accurate job notes, photos and documentation

• Work closely with our sales and operations teams to deliver projects efficiently

• Maintain excellent communication with customers throughout the job

• Take pride in leaving every job site clean, safe and professional

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Plumber & Drainer preferred

• Previous pipe relining and drainage experience highly regarded

• Experience with inversion relining, patching, CCTV and high‑pressure jetting

• Strong understanding of sewer and drainage systems

• Confident diagnosing drainage faults and identifying the right repair method

• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship — no shortcuts

• Reliable, motivated and able to work efficiently

• Strong team player with a positive attitude

• Comfortable using job management software and an iPad

• Holds a current driver’s licence and full Australian work rights
