Job summary

Rangedale, proudly Australian, family‑owned, is seeking an experienced relining crew leader to lead a UV CIPP relining team across VIC, QLD, NSW and SA. Based at our Yatala and/or Merrimac depots, the role involves hands‑on leadership, project delivery, and collaboration with Operations Managers.

You will drive trenchless rehabilitation and relining projects, uphold Safety, Quality and Environmental standards, and be prepared to travel or relocate for projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as crew leader/supervisor with UV CIPP relining.
• Positive hard-working attitude with developed decision‑making skills.
• Ability to lead a specialised relining crew.
• Strong commitment to Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
• Desirable: MR licence or higher.
• Desirable: Confined Space accreditation.
• Desirable: Construction white card.

Job description

Leading a specialised UV Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) Relining Crew, you will play a key role in delivering trenchless rehabilitation and relining projects with this hands‑on role suited to an experienced relining team leader or supervisor keen to lead by example. This role is based out of our Yatala and/or Merrimac depots, with opportunities to travel or relocate for projects across Southeast & Central Queensland and Victoria.
