You will ensure high-quality work, on-time delivery within budget, and compliance with Australian standards, while driving client satisfaction and process improvements across schedules, quotes, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Qualified / Licensed Plumber.
• Proven experience in a maintenance management or supervisory role within the plumbing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, maintenance procedures, and relevant Australian standards.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review the allocation of maintenance jobs, ensuring clear communication of job details and client expectations.
• Oversee daily and weekly schedules for the maintenance team, optimizing travel time and job completion.
• Provide daily guidance and supervision to maintenance plumbers and administration staff, ensuring they have the necessary information to complete their tasks.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for maintenance clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Assist with quotes for maintenance work and invoicing.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance materials and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during maintenance jobs in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, including job completion rates and client feedback.
