Job summary

South Eastern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to provide day-to-day plumbing maintenance across St George Hospital and Community Health centre sites. You will perform minor and major repairs, installations, inspections and operate plumbing equipment to meet maintenance objectives efficiently.

• Demonstrated plumbing experience in maintenance of large building complexes and facility maintenance, preferably hospitals, and proven ability to work with a multidisciplinary team of trades, non-trade, and contract staff to efficiently deliver maintenance services in a busy work environment.

Job description

The Position of Maintenance Plumber is to provide the day to day plumbing maintenance services including minor/major plumbing works, repairs, installation, inspections, operation and repair of plumbing equipment and systems throughout the St George Hospital site and Community Health centre sites to ensure the maintenance objectives are met in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.
