Job summary

Fixed Today Plumbing is growing, and we need a Sales Consultant to run our quoting. You’ll visit homes across Western Sydney, work out what the customer needs, quote the job on the spot and turn that quote into booked work for our plumbers.

You’ll attend booked appointments from warm inbound leads, inspect problems and discuss options, build quotes on the spot using tablet systems, and follow up to convert quotes into booked jobs. Strong communication and a target-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven record in sales, ideally in-home, trade or consultative sales.
• Plumbing knowledge is a plus but not essential.
• Confident talking to homeowners and explaining technical problems simply.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Attend booked appointments from warm inbound leads (no cold calling).
• Inspect the problem and discuss options, such as hot water replacements, drainage, leak repairs, gas and bathroom work.
• Build and present quotes on the spot using our tablet-based systems.
• Follow up open quotes and convert them into booked jobs.
• Work with our plumbers and office team to ensure jobs are scoped and priced correctly.
• Hit weekly sales targets and own your pipeline.

What you'll actually be doing

• Attending booked appointments from warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Inspecting the problem and talking the customer through their options, such as hot water replacements, drainage, leak repairs, gas and bathroom work
• Building and presenting quotes on the spot using our tablet-based systems
• Following up open quotes and converting them into booked jobs
• Working with our plumbers and office team to make sure jobs are scoped and priced correctly
• Hitting weekly sales targets and owning your pipeline

You'll need

• A proven record in sales, ideally in-home, trade or consultative sales
• Plumbing or trade knowledge (a big plus, but not essential)
• Confidence talking to homeowners and explaining technical problems simply
• To be well-presented and reliable, and driven by targets
• A full driver's licence
• To be available to start immediately
