Reactive Plumbing Services is a 24/7 residential maintenance plumbing and drain business serving homeowners in New South Wales. You will provide exceptional customer service, attend properties for maintenance, installations, repairs and replacements, diagnose issues, and quote works.

We offer a base pay opportunity with commissions, a fully equipped vehicle, iPad and fuel card, ongoing training, and team events.

Qualifications

• Licensed Plumber and Drainer with residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability for home plumbing issues.
• Ability to quote works accurately and close sales.
• Professional, reliable and proactive in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Attend residential properties to perform maintenance, installations, repairs and replacements.
• Diagnose issues and provide practical, cost-effective solutions for homeowners.
• Quote and discuss job scope with clients, securing buy-in and approvals.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
• Maintain customer relationships and professional rapport.

We're a 24/7 residential maintenance Plumbing & Drain business.

Weprovide all types of general plumbing maintenance, drain clearing, drain repairs & replacements, inversion / patch pipe relining, hot water repairs / replacements, water leaks and re runs, gas leaks and repairs & small project type work to residential home owners.

About the role:

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, quoting works for installations, repairs and replacements on plumbing systems for residential home owners.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Your Job Role:

• Licensed Plumber and Drainer with residential maintenance experience preferred
• Attending residential properties to provide plumbing maintenance services, installations, repairs & replacements
• Diagnosing and providing solutions to residential home owners
• Great understanding on problem solving
• Quoting and selling works
