Qualifications

Live Services Group is looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to join our growing team and oversee residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout Queensland.

This is a hands‑on management role suited to a qualified plumbing professional who can effectively coordinate projects, manage trades and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role; experience in domestic service and project management advantageous.
• Familiarity with SimPRO beneficial but not required.
• Current QLD plumbing work license and manual driver's license.
• Strong understanding of Australian plumbing standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Independent and team-oriented, with strong documentation skills.
• Skilled in customer service, communication, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks.
• Proven capability in building and maintaining client and contractor relationships.
• Demonstrated experience managing residential and/or commercial plumbing projects.
• Experience in General Plumbing supervising or management beneficial but not necessary
• Experience within the insurance industry beneficial but not essential.

Role Requirements

• Flexibility with scheduling and availability for on‑call roster every 7-8 weeks.
• Oversee trade schedules, bookings, stock orders, and project planning through to handover.
• Manage financial aspects, project resources, and ensure timely, budgeted project completion.
• Communicate effectively with team members, builders, and customers, ensuring top‑tier service and compliance.
