Job summary

Modus Projects is seeking an experienced plumber for full-time work across a variety of commercial sites in Ipswich and surrounding areas. You’ll be on the road most days, performing reactive and preventative maintenance to diverse client environments including retail, banking, education and government sectors.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in commercial maintenance plumbing, with mandatory Backflow TMV endorsement, a valid driver’s licence, and willingness to join a 24/7 on-call

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial maintenance plumbing.
• Backflow Prevention and/or TMV endorsement mandatory.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Availability to participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call roster.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple client environments.
• Travel to various sites throughout the day.
• Work on-site at Retail, Banking, education, fuel and convenience, health and fitness, corporate, hospitality, Government and Petroleum sites.
• Overtime and after-hours roster may be required.

About the Role

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for an experienced and reliable Plumber to join our team on a full-time basis.

You’ll be on the road, attending a variety of sites throughout the day, including Retail, Banking, education, fuel and convenience, health and fitness, corporate, hospitality, Government, and Petroleum sites.

This role is focused on reactive and preventative maintenance across multiple client environments.

This role will also be required to do overtime when required and be part of an after-hours Roster to meet our client needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial maintenance plumbing
• Backflow Prevention and/or Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) – Essential endorsement (mandatory)
• Current Driver’s Licence
• A practical, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Availability to participate in a 24/7 rotating on-call roster (mandatory)
