Qualifications

• Proven plumbing aptitude with hands-on experience or training.
• Valid manual driver’s licence and White Card required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn ServiceM8 and adapt to on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective solutions.
• Install water supply and drainage systems and perform bathroom renovations.
• Repair roofs and gutters and clean drains where needed.
• Perform drain cleaning, CCTV inspections and tackle blocked drains.
• Communicate with clients to understand needs and provide professional advice.
• Keep detailed records of work and materials used on each job.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations on site.

Nexgen Plumbing NQ is small local family owned company seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Townsville QLD 4810. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality plumbing services to our residential and commercial clients throughout the region. This position is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction on every job.

What you'll be doing

• Installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
• Diagnosing plumbing problems and determining appropriate solutions
• Installing water supply systems and drainage systems
• Bathroom renovations
• Drain cleaning, CCTV inspections and blocked drains
• Roof and gutter repairs and maintenance
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional advice
• Maintaining detailed records of completed work and materials used on each job
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and best practices on site

What we're looking for
