Job summary

Fixed Today Plumbing is growing and seeks a Sales plumber to run quoting across Sydney. You’ll visit homes, assess issues and quote the job on the spot, turning quotes into booked work for our plumbers.

You’ll attend booked appointments from warm inbound leads, explain options (hot water, drainage, leaks, bathroom work), and build quotes on a tablet. You’ll follow up quotes and convert them into booked jobs while hitting weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven record in sales, ideally in-home or trade sales.
• Plumbing or trade knowledge is a plus.
• Full driver’s license and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

Do you know your way around a hot water system, a blocked drain or a leaking shower, and can you sit at a kitchen table and close the job? Then this is the role for you.

Fixed Today Plumbing is growing, and we need a Sales plumber to run our quoting. You'll visit homes across Sydney, work out what the customer needs, quote the job on the spot and turn that quote into booked work for our plumbers.

What you'll actually be doing

• Attending booked appointments from warm inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Inspecting the problem and talking the customer through their options, such as hot water replacements, drainage, leak repairs, gas and bathroom work
• Building and presenting quotes on the spot using our tablet-based systems
• Following up open quotes and converting them into booked jobs
• Working with our plumbers and office team to make sure jobs are scoped and priced correctly
• Hitting weekly sales targets and owning your pipeline

You'll need

• A proven record in sales, ideally in-home, trade or consultative sales
• Plumbing or trade knowledge (a big plus, but not essential)
• Confidence talking to homeowners and explaining technical problems simply
• To be well-presented and reliable, and driven by targets
• A full driver's licence
• To be available to start immediately
