You will define the engineering strategy, technical roadmap, and processes, including CI/CD, production support, and continual improvement.

You will foster an innovative culture, attract and coach top engineers, and collaborate with architects and senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to define and execute technical roadmaps and strategies.
• Strong cloud, site reliability, and production-operational capabilities.
