Job summary

Rauland Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to drive platform architecture and lead a team of engineers. You will translate strategy into scalable, end‑to‑end solutions, while upholding high engineering standards and delivering meaningful outcomes for healthcare and aged care customers.

You will partner with Product, Architecture, Design and Delivery stakeholders to shape the future platform roadmap and empower the team to achieve excellence in delivery.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
• Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification advantageous.
• Familiarity with QA practices and technical debt management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural decision‑making and end‑to‑end feature completion.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, and delivery to ensure successful end‑to‑end feature outcomes.
• Drive Agile ways of working through effective facilitation of sprint ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team by fostering accountability, continuous improvement, and a strong performance culture.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality solutions.
