Job summary

Ticketek Entertainment Group seeks a Platform Engineer to lead a CI/CD modernisation program, decoupling 254 pipelines from a legacy system into self-contained per‑repo pipelines with canary deployments across multi‑region AWS.

You will migrate services, perform pre‑migration audits, and drive pragmatic engineering decisions within the Pipeline Construction Standard while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable, low‑drama deployments.

Qualifications

• Deep DevOps and AWS expertise with GitLab CI/CD in multi‑region environments.
• Experience migrating from legacy CI/CD to modern per‑repo pipelines.
• Knowledge of IAM cross‑account roles, CloudFormation and SSM Parameter Store.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship CI/CD pipelines in GitLab CI, with canary deployments and automated rollbacks.
• Migrate services from legacy deployment to per‑repo pipelines, validating live traffic health.
• Perform pre‑migration audits to identify components to keep or redesign.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions within the Pipeline Construction Standard.
