Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux environments.
• Exposure to distributed computing and modern cloud-native software design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• DevOps mindset and experience across the full application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance, globally distributed Go applications.
• Collaborate with teammates, stakeholders, and internal customers across local and global teams.
• Partner with customers to understand their needs and design platform capabilities for easier deployment and operation.
• Support customers, unblock teams, and turn recurring issues into platform improvements.
• Own the end-to-end service lifecycle from requirements to deployment and operations.
• Help operate and support the team's systems during Sydney business hours.
• Use automated testing and frequent deployments to deliver high-quality features quickly and iteratively.
• Balance latency, throughput, simplicity, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
