Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is looking for a senior backend engineer to shape the developer experience. You will design and implement new tooling features, mentor engineers, and collaborate to continuously improve the end-to-end platform.

Ideally you bring hands-on coding in Go/Java/TypeScript, strong DevOps background, and a keen interest in AI and large language models to drive practical outcomes within a hybrid work environment.
