Job summary

Premium Plaster Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee plasterboard installation across Melbourne's West, North and Eastern suburbs. You will supervise daily site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong leadership, planning ability, and a valid white/red construction card with a current driver's license. Company car, phone and laptop/iPad are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction/Plastering Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction and plastering procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans.
• Must have construction white/red card and a valid driver’s license.
• Company provides car, phone, and iPad.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractor job management.
• Ensure work quality meets project specs and deadlines.
• Communicate with managers, clients, and team to address issues and update progress.
• Manage site resources to ensure optimal use and minimize delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Conduct safety and inspections (pre/plaster/mid/completion/paint) and markups.
• Resolve on-site conflicts quickly and effectively.

We here at Premium Plaster are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate install of plasterboard on job sites in Melbourne's West, North and Eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, including managing subcontractors
• Overseeing sub-contractor job management
• Oversee the quality of work and ensure that all project specifications and deadlines are met.
• Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and team members to address issues and update progress.
• Manage site resources, including materials to ensure optimal use and minimize delays.
• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation as per below
• Safety audits, pre plaster inspections, mid job inspections, completion audits and pre paint audits and mark up's.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or problems efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction/Plastering Site Supervisor or similar role - (Experience is essential)
• Strong knowledge of construction and plastering procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Must have construction white/red card and a valid driver’s license.
