Job summary

VENTORA seeks a Plant Technology Manager to oversee IT operational technology across multiple sites in Australia. You will bridge OT and IT, ensuring systems stay up to date, secure, and aligned with business goals, including ERP/CRM integration with OT (SCADA, MES).

You will lead cross-functional teams, define technology standards, and drive data-driven maintenance with a strong focus on security and reliability. Flexible WFH options are available while coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in IT preferred; broad IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Understanding of networking and cyber security in manufacturing settings.
• Experience with OT/IT convergence and industrial systems is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT OT systems across business units, including scanners and devices.
• Ensure ERP/CRM integration with OT systems like SCADA and MES.
• Support data-driven maintenance and predictive analytics initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align tech with business goals.
• Develop and enforce IT/OT standards and policies.
• Lead OT projects from concept to delivery per standards.
• Implement cyber security measures to protect assets and data.
• Conduct regular testing, auditing and assessments.
