Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Plant Technician for permanent full-time work in Victoria. The role involves scheduled and breakdown maintenance on water recycling plant equipment, process sampling, and instrument calibration.

You will manage chemical systems, transfers, stock, and contractor isolations, with on-call duties included. Standard day shifts apply with an after-hours on-call roster; great regional locations include Boneo or Gisborne.

Qualifications

• Tradesperson qualification or plant operator experience.
• Safety-focused and hands-on problem solver.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Confined Space, First Aid, or Forklift tickets (training provided).

What you need

You will be a Plant Technician who takes pride in your work and is safety focused. You are a hands‑on problem solver with good communication skills.

Current Australian Driver's Licence

Confined Space, First Aid, or Forklift tickets (highly regarded, with training provided)

Basic computer literacy to complete logs and maintenance work orders
