Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in concrete industry.
• Strong computer skills; batching experience preferred.
• Willing to cover multiple plant responsibilities.
• FEL and forklift licenses highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and lead a small team.
• Delegate tasks and enforce safety rules, procedures and policies.
• Coordinate with fleet drivers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage costs and raise purchase orders; oversee yard housekeeping.
