Job summary

Concrite, part of Boral, is looking for an HR driver to join our Moss Vale concrete plant in NSW. You will be trained in safe operation of agitator trucks and delivering concrete to a variety of projects while upholding high service standards.

We offer training, a supportive team, and genuine career growth opportunities. A casual role with minimum 20 hours per week, plus access to employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Current HR drivers' licence with heavy vehicle driving experience.
• Current white card or willingness to obtain one.
• Interest in the concrete industry with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily pre-checks on the vehicle and operate agitator trucks safely.
• Manage slump tolerance levels and discharge of concrete (training provided).
• Deliver concrete to customer sites and work with clients to maintain service.
• Complete basic documentation for collection and delivery of concrete.
• Communicate with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences.

Your next opportunity

As a Concrite HRdriver based out of our Moss Vale concrete plant, you will play a key role in building our community every day. You will be trained by a dedicated Driver Trainer in the safe operation of Agitator Trucks, and you will be guided on how to deliver Concrite's concrete to our valued customers. From driveways to stadiums, you will provide high-quality service to our customers and leave your mark on a variety of infrastructure projects.

Your day will involve:

• Conducting daily pre-checks on the vehicle and operate our agitator trucks in a safe manner
• Managing slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete (training provided)
• Delivering concrete to customer sites and partnering with clients effectively to maintain service
• Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of the concrete
• Communicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences

What are we looking for?

• Current HR drivers' licence with heavy vehicle driving experience
• Current white card or willingness to obtain one
• Interest in the concrete industry will be highly regarded with full training provided
