REMONDIS is seeking a hands-on Plant Operator at our Seven Hills facility in NSW. You will operate plant equipment, including a forklift, load and sort waste streams, and support material handling and disposal processes.

Qualifications

• A current driver license and Forklift license and experience is essential.
• Loader ticket and waste industry experience is desirable.
• Machinery operation and hands-on experience as a plant operator is desirable.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on environment.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operating plant equipment, forklift is essential, and other machinery such as loader would be desirable.
• Handling incoming waste: stockpiling, compacting, and processing materials.
• Screening and sorting waste to ensure proper disposal.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, weighing waste, and managing different waste streams.
• Performing manual and physical work.

• Enjoy permanent, full-time employment in our team at Seven Hills NSW, for our Transfer Station.
• Early starts at 7:00am
• Monday to Friday roster. Some overtime and weekend work available
