Job summary

RCC Civil is seeking experienced Plant Operators to join our civil construction project in Rockhampton, Queensland. You will operate plant safely and support delivery of high-quality civil works.

Reporting to Site Supervisor, you will complete daily inspections, maintenance, keep records in Procore, read basic plans, and comply with safety and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous plant operating experience in civil construction.
• Current plant tickets or evidence of competency.
• Current White Card and driver’s licence.
• Ability to read basic plans, levels and site instructions.
• Sound knowledge of daily plant maintenance requirements.
• Reliable, safety-focused and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work the required project roster.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Experience using Procore or similar construction management software will be highly regarded.
