As a Casual Plant Operator, you will assist with a range of road construction and road maintenance activities, supporting our annual sealing program across the municipality. You will operate plant and equipment safely and efficiently while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Victorian Driver Licence (MR Licence highly desirable)
• A current Traffic Management qualification
• Experience assisting with road construction, maintenance, or civil works projects
• A sound understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements and safe work practices
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a crew
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes
