Job summary

Santos Limited in Brisbane is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead to drive maintenance excellence across our Midstream and Energy Solutions division. Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager – Gas and Liquids, you will oversee maintenance planning and scheduling across Santos facilities, leading a team and driving the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrument Engineering
• Minimum 10 years' oil and gas industry experience
• Extensive maintenance planning and modern management methodology experience
• Strong commitment to safety and incident-free operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
• CMMS knowledge and oil and gas processing equipment experience (desirable)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing planning and scheduling team
• Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans aligned with business objectives
• Oversee campaign and short-term maintenance planning at Santos facilities
• Chair weekly planning/scheduling meetings and resolve conflicting priorities
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance management systems
• Ensure compliance with SMS, EHS standards and Santos OE standards

What you’ll do:

Join the Brisbane Santos team as a Planning and Scheduling Lead and play a pivotal role in driving maintenance excellence across our Midstream and Energy Solutions division. Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager – Gas and Liquids.
