Job summary

Delta is seeking a Planning Analytics Developer to design, build, and optimise IBM TM1 solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. You will work with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing planning and reporting capabilities.

The role focuses on TM1 cubes, TI processes, dashboards, and data governance while improving budgeting and forecasting across the organisation. A hybrid work model with occasional site visits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) experience.
• Strong TurboIntegrator (TI) skills.
• Cube design and rule optimisation expertise.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and FP&A.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TI processes.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reports using PAW and PAfE.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Develop financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce planning).
• Manage TM1 security, access, and data governance.
• Design and maintain data integrations (ERP, data warehouse, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation.
• Provide stakeholder support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance.
• Identify and implement system and performance improvements.

About The Role

We're seeking a Planning Analytics Developer to design, build, and optimise IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions that support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.

You'll work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions and continuously improve planning and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain TM1 cubes, dimensions, rules, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes
• Build and enhance dashboards and reports using PAW and PAfE
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Develop financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, workforce planning)
• Manage TM1 security, access, and data governance

About You

• You are an analytical and solutions focused Planning Analytics Developer with 3-7+ years of IBM TM1 experience.
• Strong TurboIntegrator (TI) skills
• Expertise in cube design and rule optimisation
• Experienced in supporting FP&A processes
• Proactive self‑starter with strong communication skills
• Capable of managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Passion for continuous improvement, including leveraging data and AI tools
• Willing to commute to Vales Point Power Station one day per week
