Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join our construction team in a permanent role. You will develop, maintain and monitor project programs using Primavera P6 and MS Project, and report on performance with KPIs and EVM.

You will contribute to planning controls, dashboards and progress reporting across civil and infrastructure projects, while collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in Planning/Scheduling within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or renewables.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis.
• Experience in delay impact analysis and project performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor project programs and schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Implement planning, monitoring and project controls processes across time, cost, resources and quality.
• Measure and report project performance using KPIs, Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis.
• Support Project Managers with program interpretation, performance analysis and corrective action planning.
• Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and key deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Compile benchmarking and historical planning data to support future project delivery.
• Promote and contribute to a strong planning and project controls culture across the business.
• Champion Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture in all aspects of project delivery.

Due to continued growth across our Southern Region Construction business, we are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join our Fulton Hogan Construction team in a permanent role based in Melbourne.

About You

• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• High level understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis
• Experience in delay impact analysis and project performance reporting
• Ability to develop dashboards and communicate complex project information clearly to stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
