UGL is seeking an experienced Program Planner / Scheduler to support major maintenance programs and capital projects at Alcoa's Pinjarra Refinery. Based on site in Pinjarra, you will develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, work with project teams to drive delivery certainty and provide controls reporting.
You should have proven planning or project controls experience in industrial settings, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, and be skilled in Power BI

Based on site in Pinjarra, you will work closely with project and site teams to develop and maintain detailed schedules, provide project controls support, and deliver meaningful reporting that drives successful project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who enjoys working across large-scale industrial projects while partnering with stakeholders to improve performance, visibility, and delivery certainty. This opportunity is offered on a casual basis with an 11-month contract, commencing immediately.
