Acknowledge Education is hiring a Placement Officer in Perth to support Higher Education fieldwork placements. The 30-hour-per-week, four-day role offers hybrid working arrangements and a focus on delivering a positive student experience.

You will coordinate placements, manage documentation, and liaise with students, academic staff and industry partners to ensure smooth, compliant processes and accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer student placements from commencement to completion.
  • Review and manage placement documentation and compliance requirements.
  • Support students with placement-related enquiries and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records within placement systems and databases.
  • Liaise with academic staff, students and placement providers.
  • Monitor placement progress and elevate issues where required.
  • Support placement briefings, reporting and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support reporting and other placement program activities as needed.

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Placement Officer to join our supportive Perth team and play a key role in helping students take the next step in their educational journey.

Job Description
  • Perth CBD | Part-Time (30 hours per week across 4 days) | Hybrid Working Available

We're looking for an organised and people-focused Placement Officer to support students throughout their placement journey.

In this role, you'll coordinate placements, manage documentation, maintain accurate records and work closely with students, academic staff and industry partners to ensure placements run smoothly and successfully. The role supports the administration and coordination of Higher Education fieldwork placements and plays an important part in delivering a positive student experience.

What you'll be doing
