Job summary

Bay 101 in Port Melbourne is seeking a full-time pizza maker with experience in classic Italian hand-stretch pizza and Moretti ovens. The right candidate must be able to work during the week, weekends and nights on a rotating roster with a positive, proactive attitude.

Minimum 2 years of experience and knowledge in making and hand-stretching dough are essential. The role requires thriving under pressure on busy shifts; training will be offered to the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional pizza making experience.
• Knowledge of making and hand-stretching dough.
• Experience with Moretti ovens preferred.
• Able to work during week, weekends and nights on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hand-stretch dough for pizzas.
• Bake pizzas in Moretti ovens to standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety on busy shifts.
