Job summary

GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) is seeking a Piping Supervisor for site-based assignments across Australia. You will report to the Construction Manager and ensure high-quality piping work, safety adherence, and efficient workflow on multi-project sites.

The role requires at least 5 years in supervision, Australian trade qualifications, and HRW licences, with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery. Rosters involve 2x1 off Perth or other major cities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a supervisory role or similar
• Australian recognised trade qualification is essential
• White card and HRW licences are required
• National Police clearance (within 6 months)
• S26 supervisors certificates and First Aid are essential
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights – no sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate workmanship and quality on site
• Oversee piping construction (SMP) to GRES standards
• Enforce safe work practices and ensure training and support for all personnel
• Keep project on schedule and within budget, coordinate with construction manager
• Demonstrate leadership by modelling Safe Work Practices and positive behaviour
