Job summary

Clough is seeking a Piping Supervisor to join the site-based team on Project CERES in Karratha, WA. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will oversee piping activities, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with project managers, engineers and labour teams to meet site requirements.

Applicants should have 10+ years of supervisory experience, SMP project exposure in oil, gas or construction, and strong leadership. The role operates on a 19:9 or 14:7 rotation.

This role is on a 19:9 OR 14:7 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Clough, as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES' urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for Piping Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to the Construction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work on a 19:9 OR 14:7 rotation to site (Karratha).
• Proven experience in supervising SMP projects, preferably in the oil, gas, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years' experience in a Supervisory role.
