Clough Ltd in WA is hiring a SMP Supervisor for the Perdaman project in Karratha. The role is site-based on a 19:9 rotation, reporting to the Construction Manager.

You will oversee SMP installations and maintenance, lead technicians, ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance, and coordinate with project managers to deliver milestones. We seek experienced leaders with deep SMP knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a challenging construction environment.

This role is on a 19:9 rotation to our Perdaman project in Karratha, WA.

Clough , as part of a Joint Venture with Saipem, is delivering the Project ‘CERES’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.

We are currently searching for SMP Supervisor to join our site-based team on Project Ceres. Reporting to theConstruction Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and labour teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and timeline.

Key Requirements

• Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha).
• Proven experience in supervising SMP projects, preferably in the oil, gas, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SMP systems, safety protocols, and industry standards.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• A proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.10+ years’ experience in a Supervisory role.
