Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering seeks an experienced Superintendent Piping for the Eneabba Project in Western Australia. You will lead piping construction activities, direct supervisors, trades and subcontractors, and drive safe, high-quality outcomes within schedule and budget.

The role requires a recognised Australian trade qualification, White/Blue Card, and a C Class driver’s licence, with 10+ years in senior construction leadership for mining, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industry

Qualifications

• Trade qualification recognised in Australia with White/Blue Card and C Class Licence.
• Minimum 10 years in superintendent or senior construction leadership roles in mining, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven track record leading large multidisciplinary teams, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, resource management and cost control.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen; experience with brownfield/greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead piping construction and installation to meet project objectives.
• Manage supervisors, crews, and subcontractors to milestones and budgets.
• Foster a strong safety culture through visible leadership and compliance.
• Oversee performance metrics including productivity, quality and scheduling.
• Monitor costs, risks and reporting to support successful delivery.
• Build stakeholder relationships while ensuring contractual and quality requirements.
