Job summary

Pructon, an Australian-owned engineering, construction and maintenance company, seeks an experienced Pipe Fitter for its Gladstone workshop. The role focuses on fabricating carbon and stainless pipe work to AS4041 standards, tack welding, and installing pipe work on-site, with independence and site exposure expected.

The ideal candidate holds a trade certificate, can read shop and isometric drawings, and may have EWP/Forklift licenses. You will join a capable team on local projects in Gladstone.

Qualifications

• Trade certificate.
• Ability to interpret shop and isometric drawings.
• Experience in carbon and stainless steel pipe fabrication.
• EWP and Forklift licenses (preferred but not essential).
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication of carbon pipe work to AS4041 standards.
• Fabrication of stainless steel schedule 10 pipe work to AS4041 standards.
• Tack welding bullets to pipe work.
• Installation of pipe work on-site.
• Working independently with minimal supervision.

About The Role
