Job summary

Wood is seeking Expressions of Interest from remarkable people with Pipe Welding expertise to join our Operations business based near Port Campbell, Victoria. The role offers ongoing work, an excellent pay rate, and a favourable roster within a diverse and inclusive team environment.

Ideally you will have proven experience in Oil & Gas, in either onshore or offshore settings, and you must be eligible to work in Australia with PR/work rights. Shortlisting will commence promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in pipe welding within Oil & Gas environments.
  • Commitment to safety and able to pass pre-employment medicals.

Responsibilities

  • Perform pipe welding tasks in onshore or offshore Oil & Gas settings.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and complete required screenings (drug/alcohol) as part of pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

You will be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) to work lawfully in Australia.

Ideally you will have proven and relevant experience working in similar roles within the Oil & Gas industry – either in an Onshore or Offshore environment. Exposure to other industries such as Construction or Mining may also be considered.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Tickets:

  • Current Working at Heights and Confined Space
  • Additional tickets advantageous.

In addition, you will have:

  • A personal and professional commitment to safety.
  • An ability to communicate well at all levels.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen.
