• Proven experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Product Data Governance, Master Data Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience developing and implementing data governance frameworks and standards.
• Experience working with PIM platforms and complex product data environments.
• Demonstrated success improving data quality, governance, and operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across multiple business functions.
• Experience leading teams and driving organisational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of digital transformation programs and enterprise data management practices.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance governance and business outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Product Information capability, including PIM and alignment with supporting systems.
• Define data standards, classifications, attributes, validation rules, and publishing processes.
• Lead governance frameworks, policies, and standards for product information.
• Monitor data quality, completeness, and consistency across channels.
• Manage relationships with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
• Define and optimise the operating model and scalable workflows for data lifecycle management.
• Provide guidance on best-practice product information management and governance.
