SunPork Group on Warra, Queensland, seeks a Pigery Attendant to help maintain welfare and farm operations on-site. You will assist with cleaning pens, moving stock, weighing, and basic care under supervision, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in animal care is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong commitment to animal welfare and biosecurity best practices.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Physically fit to perform farm duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of animal welfare through clean, safe, and healthy environments.
• Clean and maintain pens and farm equipment to keep the area tidy.
• Routine animal care including moving, drafting, weighing and handling stock with care.
• Provide basic medical support to sick or injured animals as needed.
• Update records and perform general farm duties as required.
