Job summary

Frameshop in Roselands, Sydney is seeking a Picture Framing Assembly worker to join a busy production line, assembling framed artworks, glass, canvases and other wall art in a professional factory environment.

We value a willing attitude, teamwork, and the ability to multi-task. Experience in picture framing is preferred but not required, and training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a production environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience in picture framing is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Fit printed/matted/mounted artworks into frames.
• Handle and fit glass into frames.
• Finish and seal frames to a high standard.
• Work with canvases and other wall art products on a high-volume line.

About the role

Picture Framing Assembly is a varied role focused on assembling high quality picture framing products in a professional factory environment. You will be part of a production line working with printed, matted, and mounted artworks, glass, canvases, and other wall art products.

Key responsibilities

• Fitting already printed/matted/mounted artworks into picture frames
• Handling and fitting glass into picture frames
• Finishing and sealing picture frames
• Working with canvases and other wall art products
• Working in a high volume production line

About you

• Willingness to learn
• Can do and positive attitude towards the tasks at hand
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience with picture framing preferred but not required
• Experience in assembly operations ideal
