Job summary

CONFETA SERVICES PTY LTD in Sydney is seeking a reliable Picker to support our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations. You will locate and pick customer orders accurately, ensuring efficient delivery.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, with varied start times and 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Join a hands-on team and help maintain accurate inventory and order documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in picking or similar warehouse/logistics role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift boxes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate and retrieve items from storage areas based on customer orders.
• Carefully and accurately pick customer orders for safe delivery.

About the role

Looking for a dedicated and organised Picker to join our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations.

As a Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

Full time Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm Mon to Thurs, 8am - 2pm Fri)

38 hours per week

What you'll be doing

• Locate and retrieve items from storage areas based on customer orders
• Carefully and accurately pick customer orders for safe delivery
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Ensure all order documentation is completed correctly
• Assist with inventory management and reporting as required
